I took a chance on these slippers, and bought them based on the manufacturer's self-review, but mostly for the price. At $9.99, I figured the worst that could happen is that I would only be $10 poorer. Much to my surprise, these are the best slippers ever! They're very well-made, look good and are comfortable too. One possible hint: the slippers, for the first couple of days, seem a bit snug. I have a wide foot, so I'm basing the comfort factor on that. I'm a "half-sized", so I went for the whole-sized 9 and, after that day or two "break-in" time, based on my particular fit, I couldn't be happier. The price has since doubled, a good indicator that they're popular, but I'm going to get another pair or two, knowing it's a great investment. I forgot I was wearing slippers when I went outside to clear snow from my car, but they were still dry and warm. I'll certainly do another review if things go 180° too soon!
