Our team was IN need of new replacement mushrooms, and we stumbled upon this product .Electronics can be finicky, but using this product, our team found that it worked just as well as the original Kenwood products. The compatibility with Motorola radios was an added bonus making it versatile no matter what type of radio we had. The only con was that it was slightly pricier than other options on the market. Overall, we were satisfied with our purchase and would recommend it..
