We bought this for my wife. She suffers from arthritis in her fingers. The unit came ahead of schedule. It was complete. It is lightweight. It melted the wax in about 20 minutes. I like the grate you place in the bottom and the included thermometer. That really help in getting the right temperature.I like the use of the brush/spatula to apply a thin coat of the wax first. Dipping worked out well-we did both hands, which can be done with 2 people. Once the dipping was done, the plastic glove liners and mitts were applied. After 15 minutes, we removed the mitts and the liners and peeled off the wax. Everything worked as promised.She said her hands felt great after.They supply 1200 grams of wax which is enough for two hands. The was can be reused up to 4 times.All in all a nice package.
