I was really hoping to love this, but the wood on the edges and on the stool snagged both my and my husband's clothing. The seller asked for photos. When they received them, they reacted incredibly strangely, telling me this is how the product was made, and suggested I give it away as a gift. After multiple emails back and forth, they refused to offer return shipping for a defective product, and expressed that they don't ever offer return shipping.However, once they saw my review, they offered me a refund if I removed my experience from Walmart. I don't want another customer to deal with this, so I didn't remove it. I don't trust this seller.
