I’ve probably tried over 5+ different journaling books/styles but the habit never stuck - I think like a lot of people, I was intimated by the ‘vast emptiness’ of a brand spanking new journal and was afraid of messing it up. This journal, however, provides a very structured format for the things that I value having a journal the most - a gratitude log, a habit tracker, great things that happened. I have been using it for a week now and already I’m finding myself finding new, little things all around me that bring me joy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for simplified journaling experience but that still captures the best aspects of the practice.P.s. The customer support was fantastic and super responsive - my journal came with a small defect and they offered to ship another one totally on the house, if that’s not amazing customer experience I don’t know what is :)
