My sister purchased one and gave it rave reviews so I got one for myself. and I am so glad I did. It is so warm and insulating despite being super thin that I haven't worn a coat in the morning to the gym in temperatures in the 30-40's. The sweat from the pants will cause them to stick to your skin so I wear thin leggings underneath to catch the sweat. It will not cause the outpouring of sweat as seen in some commercials but you will definitely generate an all over sweat after 30 minutes of treadmill and a few weight machines.
