The product is welcome addition during this TP frenzy time!. We received a unit that did not power up and were disappointed initially. However, customer service team came the the rescue. They worked with us and got us an replacement unit as fast as they could. The new unit performs really well. I don't think we can go back to TP again :). We have ordered 2 additional units for our other bathrooms as well.
