So I'm in the beginning of my second trimester in my first pregnancy. I'm at the point my belly doesn't allow for my beloved tummy sleeping and sleeping on my back and sides have been miserable to try to get used to. A friend suggested a body pillow and after other reviews I chose this one. Best night of sleep since it arrived Monday. it's big enough and comfortable and very cuddly
