Excellent product, Customer Service is A+
These automatic grinders are awesome and easy to use. I had purchased a set of two but one was defective and stopped working after only a month of use; however, customer service was extremely fast to respond and sent us a replacement within 3 days. Extremely happy with how fast they responded and the product seems to be top quality.
- Originally had an issue with it, worked with company to get a replacement. Nice looking grinder!
- The light may eventually become too dim to be useful, rendering it ineffective
