I did find one that was very specific and finally helped me decide between XL, 2X and 3X. This is the information that helped me most. I am 233 pounds, 5'9", and have a 44 1/2 inch waist. I ordered the XL and it fit perfectly! No rolling, perfect suppression, and helped me get in jeans that I had not been pulled up. I also want to add this tip. When your package arrives, pull it out with the zipper intact, step into it and inch it up all the way to your torso. This is better than trying to zip it over my super big tummy!
