I received the product on may 24 and on june 02, I noticed a difference already with myself. I do not wear it all day long. I wear the belt a few hours a day, because I am not too sure on what it will do to the organs and bones. I noticed an arch on my back now, giving me more of a booty and a flatter belly. I am 5'3 weighing 165 and got a large. At first, I thought it was a bit small because i didnt get the first layer to wrap over each other a lot, but luckily my belly did flatten and i have now tighten it more. The first layer is just to get the belt attach and the second portion is tightening and giving you the hour glass shape. I'm hoping to see the hour glass shape soon and will post an update later. I do notice that after wearing it daily that the shape of the belt did change shape a bit. It's no longer a straight flat belt, but the edges have bent a bit.
