So looking at reviews, I bought a size smaller to ensure they would give the compression I was looking for. However, the compression is lacking greatly. I’m not looking to cut circulation but I do want them to hold the boys snuggly while I running. Since I’m saying this, of course that means I’m not getting the support I’m looking for. On top of all of that, they do not breath at all. Pretty much suck but I guess you get what you pay for! Go a size smaller and wear them for running in the extreme cold only!
