I ordered these as an undershirt because I'm pretty self conscious about my body. These shirts work amazingly! I ordered this in the size I normally get shirts (xl or XXL depending on manufacturer) and I'm glad I went with 2x. With that being said I'd recommend ordering 1 size over your normal shirt size. I feel like if it were any tighter it'd cut off circulation (little bit of over exaggeration). Not complaining about that though it's exactly what I wanted! Just placed an order for 2 more black ones and a white one!Only one reason why I'm docking a star. It does feel like it's getting looser over time but that's a bit to be expected but, if memory serves, I've only had the one for 2 months but I also wear it every time I go out/go to work
