Less than 3 months and it's leaking

I've had it less than 3 months. I liked it overall until I found gel leaking from it. Have to throw it out now. Disappointed. Please contact me to replace. Thank you

Snap closure is small and difficult to use on this thick product. A slightly larger closure would help.

Минусы

Nice and cold. But did not fit my shoulders very well.
