It’s gorgeous but it’s missing two diamonds

Beautiful necklace and very giftable , actually beautiful is an understatement and oh how it shines ! Sadly I ordered this for my mom as a Christmas gift and when I went to open this today it was two little diamond/stones missing 😢 I’m so disappointed I have to buy my mother a last minute and I really wanted her to have this, Bette luck next time I guess
