This processor I purchased is very elegant! Works in a passive manner and is desired. Even without case airflow, the Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 cooler keeps everything cold. The passive typically has a temperature of 40 degrees. Prime95 was able to maintain 68 degrees under load for 30 minutes; the heat is gone! You can lower the temperature even farther using a more expensive cooler. But it's also not terrible. As is common over here, I'm unable to report on Windows estimations because Windows 8.1 removed them. Ideal processor for people building a HTPC or a silent system unit, in my opinion.
