I searched a long time for a mattress protector. So many of them had comments about how they weren’t actually water resistant. I’m so glad I went with this one! It didn’t arrive with a weird smell so I didn’t wash it before I put it on. I put the sheets over it and my son used it the first night. He didn’t notice it was even on there so that speaks to how quiet it is on the mattress. When he did have an accident, the bedsheet was wet but the mattress was left dried! I wiped down the protector with a cleaning wipe, it dried in the time that I was changing my boy. Then he just needed a clean sheet and he went back to bed. It’s made potty training a lot easier!
