I have two similar ones that are very useful and wanted a third. I like that this one does not come with the tray, because I don't use they tray. Mine came with one track piece that wasn't completely welded onto the side, but I'd planned to let one of my sections be double-height anyway, to fit a box I wanted to slip in there. If I needed that shelf, I'd have to do an exchange since the track piece is broken.I like that the top is flat. It keeps dust off of the books that I store on the shelves, and it also makes an extra space to put other things on top. Some similar file organizers leave off the top, so your files on the highest shelf get dusty, and there's no space to put things on top.I also like that the organizer has sides. Some similar ones have only one metal bar on the sides. I like having complete sides.The two removable hanging pieces are fine if you have things the right size to fit in them, but I don't really use them myself. I'd be more likely to use the magazine file if it didn't have the metal attachments on the side; those just take up space unnecessarily. The smaller piece, I don't have anything small enough to fit in the spaces. I wish it was one single pocket instead of a divided pocket so some of my things would fit in it.It would also be nice if the magazine file had completely straight sides instead of angled, so then I could hang the smaller hanging piece onto the magazine file. As it is, since I have three organizers lined up together on a shelf, I can't attach both the magazine rack and the smaller hanging piece, because there's room for only one on each side, and I have another organizer on the other side, so nothing can hang there. I don't have anything that fits in that little divided container anyway, though. If they'd use complete straight sides on the magazine file and make the smaller container undivided so my stuff would fit in it, then I'd find those pieces useful.
