First, I have to say that I am incredibly impressed buy how comfortable these shorts are. I'm a big boy and most companies make awkward fitting cloths for me. But this brand was comfortable, even with my tree trunk thighs. Also the effectiveness was outstanding. I noticed that all my sweat fell below the knee line and anything covered by the shorts were completely dry. They were not as thick as I thought they would be so running was not impeded whatsoever with this pair. Just follow the size chart. All in all, this was a perfect buy.
