I did receive this product free in exchange for an honest review. My promotional bag was delivered to the wrong address initially, after speaking with Ebay and the company; the company immediately shipped me another bag (great customer service)! The bag itself is a beautiful color, true to the images and the strap is adjustable for various heights. I love the bag! Great product.
