Through trial and error, I found that this "magnetizer" does not work as advertised. It barely adds any magnetic charge to the screwdriver, making it frustrating to use. The pro is its SIZE which is compact and easy to store... The con is that it fails to serve its primary purpose effectively and is essentially useless. Save your money and invest in a better quality screwdriver..
