My husband likes to make omeletes and had taken to using this pan since it works so well for that. I like it for scrambled eggs and sauteing veggies to add to our meals. I'm constantly reaching for it to cook onions and celery before adding them to various dishes. The pan works well and so far has been fairly nonstick, although I do usually add a touch of olive oil when using it. I always wash it by hand to make sure the nonstick surface stays pristine and it's super easy to wash so that's not a problem. It seems to conduct heat well and cooks quickly/efficiently so I have no complaints so far.
