I had a bunionectomy when I was 18 (now 26) and the result was complete fat atrophy of the padding underneath my big toe joint. Unfortunately I cannot walk around in normal thin socks without intense pain so I found these socks and the moment I put them on I knew I had found a winner. I immediately tested them on the wood and my pain was so much less, almost completely gone. The only problem was that the size I ordered was too big. For reference I am a 6.5 shoe size and the medium size of these socks was too big. They did not have an option for small so I will be reordering from the company’s website.
