What you need, a cool purchase, I advise you.
The textolite is glossy, but in a number of soldering places there is an effect of dull old age. Probably not well washed out of the flux. In general, the soldering is neat.
To help provide a better understanding, I've attached some photos.
- On an old computer on pcie1.0 it is generally cold.
- The fan starts at the slightest load and buzzes for a while. I would like more smoothness and silence. The rest, like, no complaints.
