Great at home workout bar

This was super easy to put to assemble right from the box. The bands are easy to fit around your feet and the grip is not too wide to hurt your hands. Over all I’m satisfied with the product for the price.

It is a good product but there is not enough resistance for my preference

Минусы

May not provide enough resistance for heavy lifters
