Непонятные инструкции

Я собрал комнатное дерево высотой 5 футов. Раньше у меня было такое же дерево (из другого источника), и я без проблем настроил его, но я не могу выполнить последний шаг по натяжению струн и подключению ведущих струн. В результате дерево шатается – через некоторое время падает – проскальзывает, а струны не натягиваются. Инструкция должна быть более подробной. Это не вина продавцов, так как к дереву прилагается распечатанная инструкция. Я просто не буду покупать ничего, что требует повторной сборки, если это не простая установка.
