Can’t get it to work

I went with all 3’s because it’s probably user error, but I bought this for use at work to use with my Theatro (when I searched Theatro products this popped up)I can’t get it to work, and can’t figure it out at all.

Great product and does what it’s so-posed too.

Stopped working in a year- and low battery life
