My dog is a heavy chewer and he usually go through a Nylabone every couple of weeks. Only dura chew/heavy-chew works for my dog since most other dog chew toys wear out too quick and leave dangerous chucks or sharp edges. I get the same nylabone all the time, but this Christmas I want to get him something special and fun. I found this femur bone and my dog is absolutely crazy about it. He carries around house and chew all the time! I think it would last a long time since he barely scratched the surface. I'm not kidding he would chew through some chew toys within house. Only the hardest of the hardest chew toy can survive his chewing. If you have a Frenchie or heavy chewer, this toy would work very well.
