Bought new and a used item arrived / damaged

Super upset really wanted to love this but I definitely got a used / returned product. It only does the bar have hand prints / pressed into where original owner worked out- it is slightly rusted already and the weights are covered in sand like residue. Super disappointed would not recommend for someone who read the reviews and was hoping they would be new. Don’t recommend
