I work out on rebounder trampoline and kickboxing and they help me sweat the whole lower part of my body! I’m short so they are looker on me but that’s ok ,I do wish they could make some with just a little larger thigh area and tighter in lower hip area. (I even put on my sweet band under the pants. I love the crotch being breathable, and the material and style is great! I will end up buying more , .Haven’t washed them yet so hope they hold up well after that.
