It took me two tries, and it's still not right. The lift doesn't work -- and it's wobbly. I tightened everything -- it's a poor design. The instructions are line drawings and there is nothing about the piston/lift assembly. I sat on it for about 20 minutes and hate it. I need this for my back, as I work at home and have scoliosis. My recommendation: go to a store and buy one assembled, after you try them. I want my $$ back, but how would I ship it assembled? It'll go in a trash heap somewhere. Though I think it's not great, I don't want to just bury it.
