Using this tool our team found that it is the perfect kitchen gadget for slicing and shredding vegetables finely and uniformly .The stainless steel blades are sharp and durable, and the shape and size of the tool make it easy to handle. It worked beautifully on parmesan and other hard cheeses as well! The only con we found is that it can BE a bit difficult to clean the small crevices between the blades. Nonetheless, highly recommended for your Home and Kitchen!
