Excellent Product/poor packaging
This is a really excellent product that allows floor exercises with great padding for knees. As others have noted, this comes in an unsealed box and also without any internal wrapping around the actual product.
- Quality mat needed to do Physical Therapy at home. Perfect to work on balance exercises.
- May not provide enough resistance or challenge for some users
