Due to some confusion, the pen was not tested until 14 days after it was purchased because it was intended for a child's birthday present. She only waited in the wings after placing the order in advance. We held out hope that everything would turn out all right. I typically double check orders, but I figured there wouldn't be any problems with this batch. However, we did not check this, even though it would be in everyone's best interest to do so. When it was turned on, it produced a few sounds and did not function in the correct manner. This made for a really terrible experience. Even after some time had passed, the material was still loaded, and she even managed to melt some of the plastic. At first, the red indication did not light up instantly. On the second color, she appeared to have been working, and she stopped showing any signs of life in general. The temperament of the youngster has been damaged as a result. Even if you are able to get in touch with her, she does really poor job, therefore I would not advocate working with her under any circumstances. And yet, as an aside, it is incredibly noisy, so there is something to contrast it with. Horrible standard!
