The audio itself is fine. The quality of construction, however is disappointing. I've had the set for 4 months and today, when I took it off of my head, the plastic cracked and completely broke the headset into two pieces rendering it useless!Revain customer service was helpful in determining there to be a 24 month warranty and provided the contact information for the manufacturer so that I can request replacement.Updated to add: I contacted the manufacturer. They responded very quickly, were apologetic, and sent a replacement headset immediately. Their customer services/support is amazing!
