Optimal for growth no higher than 185cm. I have 190 cm and when I sit deep in the chair, the neck roll has to be lifted up the back of the chair with the risk of tipping back. My wife is 180cm and there is no such circumstance. If you close the chair back rollers with a complete pillow, you can comfortably relax in the chair while reading a book or watching TV.
