Male buyer but twp spirits. I bought this originally with the intent to see if it would help "train" my waist to be smaller. I'm 5'10". 170 pounds. 34 inch waist I went by the sellers sizing chart not ebay's sizing chart. It fits perfect.This is not a "training" piece. More like a shaper or compression piece. It stays up throughout the day at work. I only have to adjust it after rest room breaks.My favorite thing about it, and i was real happy about, is it makes tucking very easy! I've had issues tucking with panties due to the jewels being a little above average. They keep you pulled up all day! I don't have to use medical tape! So if you're transitioning, into drag, or fem I recommened these for sure.
