UPDATE: After posting my review, customer service reached out to me and replaced the scooter even though the warranty had passed. They sent me the new one with a return label to send yhe old scooter back. Hopefully this one lasts.Bought for my 10 year old in September of 2021. Charged fine the first time and road great. He parked it through winter and just took it out to use for the 2nd time and it will not charge. Too late for a return so it's useless!
