I like this waist trainer vest very much! a few things to note, it actually wasn't long enough for me. I think I have a longer torso than most possibly? But it didn't go as low as I would prefer. Another thing to note, the belly straps move around while wearing it quite a bit. I needed help adjusting it to the tightness I prefer too. But it seems to be made really well. It feels like a great quality vest. It squished my ladies alot but like I said it didn't go as long as I would prefer and I feel if it would have this wouldn't have been the case. Regardless, it worked pretty well and I would recommend it! Comfortable too.
