This backpack is exactly what I needed for carrying my laptop and lunch to work... The insulation keeps my food cold or hot, depending on what I pack, and the laptop sleeve protects my computer from scratches and bumps. As a result of using this product, I found that I am able to keep my work and personal items organized and secure in one place. The only con I have found is that the straps can be a bit uncomfortable after wearing for an extended period of time. However that can easily be remedied with a cushioned strap cover.
