Padded or not padded, that is the question :)

I do NOT recommend this for the Gym's free weight room. The palm is not padded enough to protect the skin. This is really a cool pair of gloves to be used in you Luxury car. Other than that it is excellent for the cable machines and light weight training.

The workout gloves can protect your hands well both indoors and outdoors. It’s perfect for weight lifting gloves ，running gloves，gym exercise, cycling, running, driving or daily use.
