Satisfactory product quality, good price.
It's effective, yet it has certain downsides. In addition, I do not see the lack of a water-volume indicator as a drawback; the fewer perforations in the flask, the more trustworthy the system.
- The single flask of the same material used to make both the kettle and the pans. No gaskets, no leaking. The plastic cover will not be immediately melted by the steam because it is shielded by metal. If there is any scale buildup, you can simply remove it from the steam tube inside the handle. The stainless steel construction holds up well to washing with citric acid.
- In place of a thermometer, we have a steam pipe. Only up to a 90-degree angle will the lid open. The scale spout does not have a grid.
