Quite simply - customer service. The headset worked great - comfortable, super clear sound quality, mute capability and volume control. It saved my ever cramping neck! After almost a year it started getting staticky and customers said I was cutting out. I reached out to Wantek and gave them my order #. They responded in less than 24 hours, asked for my mailing address and sent out a replacement, no questions asked. I received the replacement within 3 days and am back in headset business. When it is time for an upgrade, I will be looking to Wantek again.
