Product was clearly soaked before.
Bought this as a Christmas Gift and upon opening it, it REEKED of mold. Looking at the tag on the scarf you could see that the Scarf had been heavily drenched at one point. The ink was smudged and the paper was falling apart. It's a shame because it's a very high quality scarf.
