This was a great buy. I bought the medium sized tray in the black walnut finish. I use it on my nightstand to protect the surface since it's vintage (mid-century) and inherited. I originally bought it to use in the kitchen to store and carry my espresso machine on it, but when this tray arrived in the mail it was such good quality and beautiful wood that I couldn't bring myself to put the machine on it. So I took the old enamel tray I used to keep on the nightstand for the espresso machine and now this beautiful tray lives there instead. I plan on buying another one of these trays for my coffee table. They really are excellent quality.
