They only had size large available when I ordered. Normally I’d have ordered a small. I am 55 and 120 pounds. But the large was still customizable to fit me. There is a learning curve to putting this on and I needed my husband’s help. But once you get it figured out it’s my favorite type of sling. I have tendinitis. Which is torn ligaments in my elbow. So I still have a little use of my arm and fingers, but need to limit my use. So this type of sling is ideal. I can still pull my arm out easily to get certain tasks done for my little kids when it can’t be avoided. Another. Huge plus is the ability to move the over shoulder weight distribution between either arm. So for me, you’ll notice in my picture, that I chose to have the weight of my hanging arm held on the same shoulder, versus moving the shoulder, sling to the opposite shoulder. I prefer it this way. Love that that’s an option with the sling.
