I use this in a 6-quart Instant Pot for making cakes, breads and other dessert-type items.

The Instant Pot cooks with steam and so items "baked" in the Instant Pot often have a moister texture than those baked in a conventional oven. It works really well for this purpose - I never have problems with food sticking to the pan and it's easy to clean.My only warning is that because this pan is made from aluminum, you can't run it through the dishwasher and certain types of acidic foods - for example, lasagna with tomato sauce - can react with the metal if left to sit in the pan for a long period of time (more than a few hours).
