I CHANGED the purples & pink to red, used the blue and had some beautiful , expensive looking dark gold ribbon (0.99 CENTS- Hobby Lobby) for some of the flowers on stems. sun flower pattern and it's my favorite. I've done about 12 of these now. . Got rid of the purples and pink.Sarah Humpfrey on You Tube is English. Most speak Eastern European or Spanish languages. They are so good it almost would be worth learning Russian or what ever.amazon will not let me write a separate review for the gold background with pink flowers SO:This review is for the embroidery with gold background and pink Peonies / roses. I used tracing paper, then carbon paper to transfer the pattern on to faux Dupioni silk. I also added some more small flowers and leaves on the right side. I THINK, it's absolutely beautiful and it's my favorite. I bought cheap hoops and painted some gold, covered some with black sticky "tape" from the dollar store. Painting is easier.The fabric color and texture(VERY HEAVY) is terrible (for me). Use youtube for instructions for stitches, fantastic!.
