This massager is NOT worth the money. It lacks the power needed to give a good deep massage .The instructions are vague and difficult to understand. The only pro is that it is compact and easy to store. The cons are that it is not effective at relieving muscle tension or knots. Overall I would not recommend this product to anyone in the market for a high-quality massage tool for Health and Household purposes..
