You have to pay for versatility. "With one movement of the hand" you can no longer insert the capsule. But the option to use ground coffee is worth it. An added bonus is the ease of access to the capsule holder. It can be washed easily. Different pros: Versatility! You can use both different capsules and ground coffee. More pressure allows you to use non-native capsules without problems, which were sucked with great difficulty in a simple Nespresso. Some cons: Slightly more difficult to load capsules compared to pure capsule machines. The container for used capsules is not inside the machine, but separately outside.
